SECURITY GUARDS’ CODE WHITE TRAINING
As of my last update in September 2021, “Code White” training is not a standard term used for security guard training in Ontario, Canada, or other regions. However, it is possible that the term “Code White” is used in specific contexts or within certain organizations or facilities to refer to training related to handling critical incidents, emergencies, or situations involving violent or aggressive behavior.
In healthcare settings, “Code White” might be used to indicate an emergency response to a violent or aggressive patient or visitor. Healthcare security guards and staff may receive specialized training on how to respond to such incidents safely and effectively.
If you are referring to a specific training program or requirement for security guards in a particular jurisdiction or organization, it’s essential to clarify the context and check with the relevant authorities or training providers to understand the specifics of the “Code White” training and its requirements.
Keep in mind that training requirements and terminology may vary depending on the region, industry, and specific employer. If you are interested in becoming a security guard or enhancing your skills in this field, it is advisable to research the specific training and licensing requirements in your area and seek out reputable training providers.
